Our typical mobile home is 14 x 70, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath, 950 sq/ft home. All of our homes come with stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer.

Park Models
Our typical park model homes are 11’2” x 35’  395 sq ft of living space. These models are great to fit on to small lots that are hard to get to. Ideal for 1, 2 or 3 person families. Homes have one bedroom and one bathroom.

We offer new or newer model units. We deliver anywhere. We set all of our homes. We get all necessary permits. We have extremely clean and comfortable units.

All of our units come furnished with:

  • Family room furniture.
  • 1 double bed, 3 single beds.
  • New sheets and pillows for all beds
  • New silverware, dishes and glasses.
  • Vacuum cleaner.
  • Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Washer / Dryer.
  • Window coverings.
  • Optional air conditioning units.
